Under the rug

Tomorrow is my appointment with the cancer doctor to find out what she thinks this current sore is. I don't know what will happen but I'm grateful that God sent me this message tonight.

Songwriters: Damian Kulash, Tim Nordwind

This Too Shall Pass [Something my mom often said]

You know you can't keep letting it get you down
And you can't keep dragging that dead weight around
Is it really all that much to lug around
Better run like hell when you hit the ground

When the morning comes
When the morning comes

Can't stop those kids from dancing but why would you want to
Especially when you are already getting good?
'Cause when your mind don't move then your knees don't bend
But don't go blaming the kids again

When the morning comes
When the morning comes
When the morning comes

When the morning comes
When the morning comes
When the morning comes

Let it go, this too shall pass
Let it go, this too shall pass

(Let it go, this too shall pass)
You know you can't keep letting it get you down
No, you can't keep letting it get you down

(Let it go, this too shall pass)
Oh, is it really all that much to lug around
And you can't keep letting it get you down

When the morning comes
Oh, you can't keep letting it get you down
No, you can't keep letting it get you down
(When the morning comes)

Oh, you can't keep letting it get you down
No, you can't keep letting it get you down
(When the morning comes)

Oh, you can't keep letting it get you down
No, you can't keep letting it get you down
(When the morning comes)

Oh, you can't keep letting it get you down
No, you can't keep letting it get you down
(When the morning comes)

[Be sure to watch the Rube Goldberg version too. I don't mean that I think everything will be okay, it will take some convincing for me on that. I just think it will not always be like today.]

Well if you're tired of seeing pink roses I think they might be on their way out. And after today's walk I have decided to stick with indoor exercises for now. It's just too hot!

But what a wonderful year it's been for roses!

I guess I'll have to take more pictures of Harrison again. And it should look better because I will be getting a new rug soon. The old one left today hooray!

Looks better already. I have no idea what it took this long for this to occur to me!

I love how the only thing in focus in the above picture is one eye, one tail and the spare cat nip!
